Hello everybody,

How amazing day we had yesterday ! It was sunny and there was a good temperature ! With this weather I wanted to eat something fresh like the fresh meal we eat during the summer...
I thank about a fresh salad because I had all of the ingredients !
This recipe is really easy to prepare, it not take a lot of time and we don't need any material except the breadboard to prepare it.

Fresh Salad 

Preparation time: 10 minutes maximum.

Price around 2£/person

Really easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

•  Avocado
•  Cheese
•  Salad
•  Tomatoes
•  Mushrooms
•  Olive Oil, Vinegar and a little of honey for the sauce
• (You can add all you want in your salad if you want, as garlic, shallot for example...) 

Material:

• 1 breadboard and a knife 

How to make it ? 

1. Choose all of the ingredients you want to put in you salad. The advantage of this recipe is that everybody is free to put it what he wants inside.
2. Cut you cheese, mushroom, tomatoes, avocado in dice and put them on the salad.
3. Prepare your sauce with a little of olive oil and vinegar. I put a little of honey in the sauce too, it allow it to be more sweet and it is really good, try it ! 
4. In this salad, I chose to put a piece of bread with pesto in support but you can choose what you want.
