Hi there,

I tried a new recipe again, and I was really happy because it was great!
If you invite some friends or if you want to prepare a meal as a restaurant for your husband, children or you, don’t hesitate and do this!

This recipe is fresh… I can imagine me, eating this under the summer sun… it’s so good!

Ingredients (for 2 persons):
  •        1 avocado
  •         280g of fresh salmon
  •         2 lime
  •        a little of parsley
  •        a quarter of an onion


Material:
  •        1 vegetable peeler
  •        1 breadboard
  •       1 bowl


How to make it?
  1.  In first, remove the skin of the salmon and cut it in small dice. Then put it in a bowl.
  2.   Cut the onion in very small dice and mix it with the salmon.
  3.   Then, put on them, the lime juice and mix it.
  4.  And, put a little of parseyl, mix again.
  5.   Put on the fridge one hour before eating !
