Hi there,

Thursday night, my boyfriend and I, we received a friend of us, Florian! And of course, my amazing roommate was here.
I was really happy organizing this dinner so I decided to make a new recipe !
I made Lasagnes!
It is a very good meal because it’s a complete meal and we can serve it with salad for example.
Boys finished the plate so I supposed that it was great!

Preparation time: 40 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Price around 5 pound for 3 persons.
Easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  •        Pastas for lasagnes (around 6)
  •        Tomato sauce (around 500g)
  •        Minced meat, Beef  (around 500g also)
  •         Grated cheese
  •        Mozzarella cheese (1 ball)
  •        1 onion

Material:

  •         1 boardbread
  •        1 oven
  •         1 stove

How to make it ?

  1.       Cut the onion in dice and put them in a stove until they are cooked.
  2.      Then, put the beef and 5/10 minutes after put the tomato sauce in the stove too.
  3.      At the same time, cook the pastas but be careful when you cook them because sometimes they stick them and it is not good!
  4.      When all of the ingredients are ready, take the oven plate.
  5.      In first, put the half of your beef/tomato sauce/onion in the plate, then put 3 pastas above that, and put again the rest of the beef and onion sauce.
  6.       Above that, you can add a little of mozzarella cheese and then put the rest of pastas and the grated cheese.
  7.       And, cooked the plate during 40 minutes in the oven at middle temperature.

And, Enjoy your meal !!!

We loved the plate...
