Hi there,

Today, I decided to change the supermarket to buy my products. Thus, I discovered products that I wasn’t used to cook and when I found the mozzarella cheese, I immediately decided to cook a tomatoes mozzarella tart.

The mozzarella is a cheese by Italian origin with cow's milk or with bufflonne.

The tomatoes mozzarella tart is an easy recipe and it’s delicious !






You can serve it with salad and you have a complete meal !

Preparation time : 15 minutes
Price around 5 pounds (for 4 persons)
Really easy to prepare.

Ingredients :

  •        3 mozzarella balls
  •        5 or 6 tomatoes (it depends of their size)
  •        a little of persil
  •        1 puff pastry
  •        Little of salt

Material :

  •        1 plate
  •        1 oven

How to make it ?


  1.         Cut the tomatoes in slices and the same for the mozzarella cheese.
  2.         Put the puff pastry in the plate. With a fork, prick a little the puff pastry.
  3.         Put the tomatoes and the mozzarella on the puff pastry. The organisation for a good presentation is one slide of mozzarella is following by one slide of tomato and respectively.
  4.         Then, put a little of salt and a little of parsley.
  5.         And, put the tart in the oven during 20 minutes.  It is possible that you see some « liquid » in the tart, it’s the water of the mozzarella and the tomatoes, in this case, you just have to remove this water.
And… that’s all and the tart is ready and delicious!
