Today I wanted to
eat some fish, especially salmon because I love it! But as I wanted to eat some
vegetables to, I decided to cook an original plate…
This dish can be
accompanied with pastas to bring starchy foods.
Preparation time:
around 20 minutes
Price around 3,5£
per person.
Easy to make.
Ingredients:
- Salmon (fresh or smoked)
- Courgettes
- Olive Oil
- Single cream
- Pepper and salt
Material:
- 1 vegetable peeler
- 2 stoves
How to make it ?
- Wash and peel courgettes
- With the vegetable peeler, make some courgette’s tagliatelli
- Put them in the stove and put some olive oil to cook it.
- Cook the salmon if it is fresh and cut it in dice forms.
- Put the single cream with the salmon.
- Serve by putting the salmon above courgettes and put some salt, pepper and lemon if you want!
