Hi there,

Today I wanted to eat some fish, especially salmon because I love it! But as I wanted to eat some vegetables to, I decided to cook an original plate…



This dish can be accompanied with pastas to bring starchy foods.

Preparation time: around 20 minutes
Price around 3,5£ per person.
Easy to make.

Ingredients:
  •        Salmon (fresh or smoked)
  •        Courgettes
  •        Olive Oil
  •        Single cream
  •        Pepper and salt


Material:
  •       1 vegetable peeler
  •        2 stoves


How to make it ?

  1. Wash and peel courgettes
  2. With the vegetable peeler, make some courgette’s tagliatelli
  3. Put them in the stove and put some olive oil to cook it.
  4. Cook the salmon if it is fresh and cut it in dice forms.
  5. Put the single cream with the salmon.
  6. Serve by putting the salmon above courgettes and put some salt, pepper and lemon if you want!
