     Happy Valentine’s Day ! 


For this special day, I decided to cook an original and healthy plate…
                                                    
                                          Light Salad of eggs and avocado 



This salad is a fresh and delicious first course as well as very easy to prepare.
Whether it is with your boyfriend or with your friends, this recipe is adapted! Indeed, it is easy to make and allows to savour a good course.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Price around 2,7£
Easy to prepare


Ingredients (for 2 persons):
  •      2 hard-boiled eggs 
  •        1 avocado
  •        ¼ of lemon
  •        Less than 1/3 of an onion (see photos)
  •        a little of mustard
  •        a little of salt

Material:
  •       1 bowl
  •        1 breadboard
  •        1 Knife and 1 fork
  •        1 saucepan

How to make it ?

  1.       Prepare the 2 hard-boiled eggs (in some hanging boiling water for 10 minutes)
  2.      Cut hard-boiled eggs in dice forms and mix them with half of the avocado in a bowl.
  3.      Put a little of mustard, salt and ¼ of lemon (in juice form) in the bowl with the eggs and the avocado and mix. 
  4.         Put 1/3 of an onion in dice form in the bowl and mix. 
  5.         Put the rest of the avocado and mix
  6.     Then, you can put this salad on bread,  toast or cucumber.
